Demolition of former locally listed almshouse bedsits in a conservation area and construction of M4/3 enhanced accessible living apartments for the over 60’s. The proposal allows for a range of indoor and outdoor social spaces as well as offices for the Trust that support healthy ageing and follow innovative research on Housing our Ageing Population (HAPPI).
